A VPLUS file is a file format created by VplusGo Editor Pro. These files can contain a variety of document content, including text, images, shapes, styles, and page formatting. To create and open .vplus files, you will need to download and install VplusGo Exam Simulator on your computer.
  • Where do I get VplusGo Exam Simulator?
VplusGo Exam Simulator can be purchased from its developer, https://www.vplusgo.io/.
  • Can I convert PDF files into .vplus?
Yes, PDF files can be turned into .vplus easily, VplusGo Converter allows for an easy file conversion.
  • Where can I find exams?
We don't sell practice exams directly. Many exams, people find them on the Internet.

  • Where can I find my .vplus files on my PC?
You can find them on folder location \Users\[Your-PC]\AppData\Roaming\VplusGo\resource\data

  • How can I reinstall the software in a new computer?

Please check if you are going to reinstall in the same operating system or not.

If the operating systems are the same, that is to say, from Win to Win or from Mac to Mac, then you can directly download the software into your new computer and then login with your ID.

If the operating systems are not the same, please note that we don’t support to switch the plan between different platforms.

You’ll then need to purchase a new license to work in the new system.

  • How do I fix installation stuck?

Usually, this is caused by unstable or poor internet connection. Follow the troubleshooting steps below.


1. Make sure your internet connection is working properly.
2. Quit the installation, then right click on the installer and run it as Administrator.

  • How do I install the software?

Follow the step by step guide below to install the software.


For Windows
1. Download the software to your computer.
2. Once it's downloaded successfully, you can find the installer (such as named VplusGo-Player-setup-2.8.2.exe) on the Downloads list on your browser.
3. Click on the installer and click Install on the popup window to start the installation.
4. Then just follow the onscreen instruction to install.

  • How do I reinstall the software?

If you need to reinstall the software on your computer, because the software is not working properly or any other reasons, just follow the instructions below.


1. Uninstall the software on your computer first.
On Windows, click Start > Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program > to uninstall it.
On Mac, open Applications folder and drag the software icon to the Trash to uninstall it.
2. Download the latest version of the software.
3. Click on the installer, or right-click on the installer to run it as Administrator to start to the installation.

VplusGo accepts online payments such as Credit card, Local Payment and Debit card. Accepted payments may differ according to different countries/regions.

  • Could I change license type from Windows to Mac version / Mac to Windows version?
No. One license does not run both Windows and Mac platforms no matter it is a single-user or multi-user license.

  • My credit card is not accepted. What should I do?

  • I purchased a wrong software
If a wrong software was unfortunately purchased and it is still within 3 days from the day when the order was placed, please repurchase the correct software and contact VPlusGo Support Team with information listed below, we’ll be happy to issue the refund for the wrong product.

  • How to obtain or modify invoice?

Please firstly check whether you purchased the product through App Store/ Google Play or VplusGo official website.

- If the order was placed through App Store/ Google Play, please request for invoice through Apple & Google directly.

- For VplusGo.io orders, please follow these instructions to get or modify your invoice.

Please contact [email protected]. The invoice will be sent to your licensed email address within 6 hour. If the invoice is not received, it might be in the spam folder or got blocked by the email server. Please check it in the spam folder.

  • What should I do if I placed a wrong order?

If you purchased the wrong platform, you will need to purchase the right platform additionally because the licenses cannot use across the platform.

For example, if you intend to purchase the VplusGo Player for Mac but purchase the Windows version instead, you will need to purchase the right Mac version additionally.

VplusGo will refund the extra orders for you if the situation meets the refund policy.

  • How long does it take for me to receive my refund?

Below is the refund processing time for different payment methods, however, the funds could take longer to show on your account depending on the payment method used.

Credit card: 7-30 Days

The refund processing time means the amount of time it takes for a payment to post to your credit card/debit card account after refund issued.

Local payment (e.g. Sofortbanking): 3-5 Days

Bank transfer: 3-7 Days

  • How to get my license information after purchasing?

A confirmation email including license information will be sent to you after payment. If you have not received the email, it probably has gone to your spam folder. Please firstly check your junk mail to see whether there is one.

  • How many computers can I run .vplus on?

By default VplusGo Exam Simulator can run on 3 different computers.
